The Colony at Winter park is located near the Meadow Ridge Condos in Fraser, Colorado which is about five miles west of Winter Park. There is free shuttle bus service through out the area at 20 to 30 minute intervals during ski season and less frequent in the summer. The resort has a membership in Club MeadowRidge which has a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, well equipped work out, handball court, self serve laundry, etc. It is located about 400 yards from the building. There is skiing in the winter and fishing in summer!
